1. About These Terms
SpellMistake (spellmistake.com) is run by Muhammad Ahtesham in Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the site (“you”). Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer are part of these terms.
2. Who Can Use SpellMistake
You must be at least 13 years old to use SpellMistake. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.
3. Using Our Free Tools
You may use our tools for free, for personal and commercial work, without an account. To keep the tools fast and fair for everyone:
- Some tools have fair use limits, such as a number of checks per minute or per day.
- Only check websites and content you have the right to check, and only public URLs.
- Do not use the tools to break the law or to harm, attack or overload any website.
4. What You Must Not Do
- Use bots, scripts or scrapers to send large numbers of requests or copy our tools or content
- Try to get around fair use limits, security measures or access controls
- Upload malware, spam or illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights
- Use the site in a way that damages it or affects other users
- Resell or rebrand our tools as your own without our written permission
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Tool Results and Advice
Our tools and guides are built carefully and tested regularly, but results are provided for information only. Search engines decide rankings, and data from third parties can change or contain errors. 6. Your Content
You keep all rights to the text, URLs and other content you enter into our tools or send to us. You give us permission to process that content only to show you results, reply to you or provide the services you ask for. Do not enter content you are not allowed to share, or private and sensitive information.
7. Our Content and Intellectual Property
The SpellMistake name, logo, design, tools, code and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts of our guides with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell our tools or content without written permission. Names such as Google and Ahrefs belong to their owners.
8. Paid SEO Services
Our SEO services (such as on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building, content writing, copywriting and SEO audits) are provided under a written quote or agreement. That quote sets out the work, price, timeline and payment terms, and it takes priority over these terms if they differ. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic, because search engines control their results.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Some tools use data from third parties, and our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or policies. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.
10. Availability and Changes
We work hard to keep SpellMistake online and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or unchanged. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
SpellMistake is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, rankings or traffic, arising from your use of the site or tools. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using SpellMistake, you agree to cover reasonable costs and claims that we face because of it.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using SpellMistake after a change, you accept the new terms.
